These details are stored in the directory database and shown only in the signed-in operator panel; approved review text and display name become public.

No claim or review form sends an automatic email or SMS. Keep your private receipt token if you submit a claim. A self-service deletion channel is not configured; do not enter information you cannot leave in the moderation record. Customer enquiry and business submission forms remain unavailable.
