First-party reviews submitted on a published business profile enter a pending queue. They are not published automatically. The operator must independently confirm the reviewer email before approval.

Approved reviews show the display name, rating, text, work month and first-party source. Rejected, held and retired reviews do not appear in public feeds. No third-party review syncing is connected.
